A PURCHASE OR PAID MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE WINNING AND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

3. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States (50 states and Washington D.C.) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, managers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (MONTHLY)
This is a recurring monthly sweepstakes.
Begins: 12:00 AM Mountain Time on the first day of each calendar month
Ends: 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the final day of each calendar month
Each month constitutes a separate sweepstakes and drawing.
5. HOW TO ENTER
A. PURCHASE METHOD
Participants receive:
One (1) Sweepstakes Entry for every $1.00 of Eligible Retail Value associated with qualifying merchandise purchased at:
Entries are automatically recorded following successful completion of a qualifying purchase.
B. ELIGIBLE RETAIL VALUE
For purposes of entry calculations, "Eligible Retail Value" means the regular retail selling price established by Sponsor before any discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, membership pricing, wholesale pricing, store credits, rewards, or other reductions.
Sponsor reserves the right to determine Eligible Retail Value in its sole discretion.
Example:
Retail Price: $40
VIP Price Paid: $25
Entries Awarded: 40
This provision is intended to ensure VIP Members are not disadvantaged by receiving discounted pricing.
C. RAISED BY RHYTHM VIP MEMBERSHIP
Sponsor may offer an optional subscription program known as the Raised By Rhythm VIP Membership.
Active VIP Members in good standing may receive:
• Wholesale pricing on qualifying merchandise
• Early access to product launches and releases
• Access to member-exclusive merchandise
• Access to member-exclusive promotions and giveaways
• One hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries automatically awarded each monthly Sweepstakes Period
• Sweepstakes entries based on Eligible Retail Value rather than discounted VIP pricing
• Additional benefits as determined by Sponsor
Membership is optional.
Membership benefits are governed by separate VIP Membership Terms and Conditions.
D. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following on a 3" x 5" card:

Requirements:
• Must be handwritten
• One (1) entry per envelope
• Must be mailed separately
• Must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Period
• Must be received within fourteen (14) days following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period

E. ENTRY EQUIVALENCY
Sponsor intends that participation through the Free Method of Entry remains reasonably comparable to participation through optional membership benefits.
Accordingly, non-purchasing entrants may obtain up to one hundred (100) entries per monthly Sweepstakes Period through the Alternate Method of Entry described herein.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries have equal odds of winning regardless of method of entry.
Entries must comply with these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify any entry, entrant, purchase, membership status, mailing, or eligibility information.
6A. ENTRY LIMITATIONS AND ABUSE
Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Disqualify any individual using bots, scripts, automation, bulk entry services, or similar systems
• Reject incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or mechanically reproduced entries
• Void entries associated with fraudulent transactions
• Void entries associated with refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or suspicious purchasing behavior
• Suspend accounts engaged in abusive conduct
• Reject entries at its sole discretion to preserve fairness and integrity
6B. ENTRY CAP
Sponsor reserves the right to establish entry caps per transaction, account, participant, household, payment method, or Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion.
6C. FRAUD INVESTIGATION
Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, collusion, identity misrepresentation, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Entries obtained through prohibited methods may be voided.
7. PRIZE
Each month, one (1) winner will receive:

Sponsor will purchase concert ticket(s) on behalf of the winner.
Maximum Prize Value: $1,500 USD
Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion regarding:
• Total amount spent
• Number of tickets
• Seating location
• Ticket type
• Ticket provider/vendor
• Event selection
• Fulfillment method
Winner may request a preferred concert, artist, or event.
Requests are subject to availability, feasibility, timing, location, and Sponsor approval.
If a requested event is unavailable, impractical, sold out, canceled, postponed, or otherwise unsuitable, Sponsor may provide an alternative concert or comparable experience.
8. CONCERT EXPERIENCE LIMITATIONS
Concert must take place within the United States unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.
Event must occur within a timeframe determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Event cancellations
• Event postponements
• Venue changes
• Lineup changes
• Artist substitutions
• Ticket shortages
• Travel expenses
• Lodging expenses
• Food or beverage expenses
• Personal expenses
• Winner's inability to attend
Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited.
9. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected for each monthly Sweepstakes Period.
Winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9A. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be contacted via email, phone, text message, or other contact information provided.
Winner must respond within five (5) calendar days.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
10A. WINNER VERIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Verify identity
• Verify eligibility
• Require government-issued identification
• Require affidavits of eligibility
• Require liability releases
• Require publicity releases where permitted
Sponsor may refuse to award a prize if:
• Winner cannot be verified
• Eligibility cannot be verified
• Entry is invalid
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
• Awarding the prize presents legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's:
• Name
• City
• State
• Photograph
• Likeness
• Voice
• Statements
for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to:
• Modify the Sweepstakes
• Suspend the Sweepstakes
• Terminate the Sweepstakes
• Cancel a drawing
• Substitute prizes
• Correct administrative errors
• Take any action reasonably necessary to preserve integrity
12A. SPONSOR DISCRETION
All Sponsor decisions regarding:
• Entries
• Eligibility
• Rule interpretation
• Winner selection
• Prize fulfillment
• Disqualification
shall be final and binding.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be responsible for:
• Technical failures
• Website outages
• Internet interruptions
• Lost entries
• Delayed entries
• Misdirected entries
• Data corruption
• Unauthorized access
• Human error
• Third-party interference
13A. EVENT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Winner assumes all risks associated with attendance at any event.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, losses, accidents, venue incidents, transportation incidents, weather conditions, or actions of third parties.
14. DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
All disputes shall be resolved individually.
Entrants waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

16. NO AFFILIATION
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any:
• Artist
• Performer
• Venue
• Ticket Provider
• Concert Promoter
• Event Organizer
• Management Company
• Record Label
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor shall not be liable for inability to fulfill a prize due to events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Civil unrest
• Terrorism
• Venue closures
• Event cancellations
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
18. PRIZE FULFILLMENT TIMELINE
Winner must coordinate and claim the prize within sixty (60) days following verification.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
19. ENTRANT RESPONSIBILITY
Entrants are responsible for ensuring all contact information remains accurate and current.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Missed communications
• Spam or junk mail filtering
• Incorrect information provided
• Inactive email addresses
• Telephone service interruptions
20. PURCHASE CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS
Entries associated with orders that are:
• Refunded
• Charged Back
• Cancelled
• Reversed
• Disputed
may be voided at Sponsor's sole discretion.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement governing this Sweepstakes and supersede all prior statements, communications, or representations concerning the Sweepstakes.
