We want you to be happy with your Raised By Rhythm order. If something is not right, our team is here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with any original packaging included when applicable.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued for the eligible product amount after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us before sending anything back. Once verified, we will make it right and provide return instructions at no cost to you when a return is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be reviewed and approved before they are shipped back.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
